Thursday January 26, 7:30 am ET

PENNINGTON, N.J., Jan. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman of WorldWater & Power Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, is a guest speaker on the subject of electrical cost reduction for buildings through the use of solar power at the 2006 Convention of NAI Global, Inc., an international commercial real estate service firm. The convention, being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 24-26 is attended by about 1,000 professionals in commercial real estate.

Mr. Kelly is participating in two panel sessions, one on Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery, and one on the advantages of using solar power for controlling or eliminating electrical usage costs.

WorldWater & Power and NAI Global donated WorldWater & Power's Mobile MaxPure, a solar powered mobile water pumping and purification unit, to residents of Waveland, Mississippi, one of the Gulf Coast communities most severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The Mobile MaxPure is providing approximately 10,000 gallons of potable water per day to displaced residents and relief workers in the devastated area. The Mobile MaxPure unit has been featured by MSNBC.com and in the December 2005/January 2006 issue of FSB (Fortune Small Business) magazine.

Mr. Kelly will also speak to the Property Management Council of NAI, which includes brokerage business owners and managers of large buildings and commercial properties, defining the significant benefits of the use of solar energy in reducing or eliminating electrical usage costs and as backup in case of power interruptions.

``We are pleased to have been invited to participate in NAI's convention,'' said Mr. Kelly. ``This is an exciting opportunity for WorldWater & Power to educate members of the commercial real estate community about the advantages of solar energy.''

Other WorldWater & Power staff members attending the convention and speaking to NAI Global members are Dr. Anand Rangarajan, Executive Vice President; Douglas Washington, Vice President, Sales, Marketing & International Operations; and Cassandra Kling, Director of Business Development, Eastern U.S.
