How do I verify puts and Calls, time of execution, verify the bid and ask, verify the volume, liquidity effects, tec? etc?

Using futures to trade is risky enough... then to add puts and calls to it... I'll let you figure out how to track it and then get someone to verify it is accurate.

Maybe if you could point to charts like this charts.barchart.com
that I could verify the time of the post to the price of the option...

Buy why add complexity? If you really want it done the way you want, then hire someone to verify it and do the work. I'm doing this for free. I usually charge for spreadsheet work.

I'm happy enough tracking your long or short stance and comparing it to the market. That seems to be what the Spiral tells us. Using more than one long or short position probably shouldn't be allowed with my method as that is allowing an extra read to what the Spiral is saying, but it is easy enough to back out the way I report it...

My interest in this is to see if the spiral and your read of it can call major turns well enough to beat the whipsaw effects and add value over time. Your complaining that I won't add old trades from before I started hints to me that you are not as confident in the spiral going forward as you let on. My guess is that was not your intention.
