Well they had to expense them in the Gaap number? Right? Or does that start this quarter for them with their new fiscal year?

Just to play devils advocate, NVLS share count went down, LRCX's went up slightly. So is your dilution worry skewed?

Insiders also sold twice as much LRCX into the markIt as NVLS insiders did. (From essentially the same shares outstanding base total)
