GroupWise WILL run on NT and Unix.........

>>> Hello Don, first Groupwise is shipping. The new release v5.? they introduced recently is also shipping or will within the month. I don't believe for one moment that Groupwise is in the lead over MSFT Exchange and that it is in the position to catch up with Lotus Notes.
Groupwise is a non-money maker for NOVL and a non-strategic product for NOVL. ******The main drawback is that this software also requires NetWare and will not run of NT or UNIX******. <<<<

Better do somemore fact gathering before you say things like this Vinod.... Groupwise WILL run on NT and Unix and you only need Netware on 1 server to run NDS, Directory Services. You consider Netware a Drawback but the fact that you can have Directory Services (something MSFT has been trying and failed to provide) is a plus to any larger company.

Check any current figures on current seats held by the top three and see where MSFT Exchange is compared to GroupWise. Make sure the report you look at is not provided by MSFT too.....
