i agree. my point is that they need only be supplied to the buyer/contractor and related parties. they do not need to be publicly distributed if the company is not retailing the product. there are many companies using the name duralast for various products, at this point. to be devil's advocate, since you brought up duralast, wouldn't the various companies named in the PR's also issue cease and desist letters (especially GP and Blue Linx) if they were not partners? sorry about my spelling which sux.
