You're wrong. MSDS are not intended for retail products. I think you're a little out of your depth on this subject.

If you search trademarks at the USPTO under Duralast there are "25 Records(s) found"

Some are 'live', most are 'dead', but none of them are registered to Plasticon or its associates.
