Email I received from BRG's President: Dr. Rankin, The stock price increased strongly on (1) First Marathon's involvement with the company and (2) speculation on a pinnacle reef test (potential value +$40 million) Brigdon had licensed. The pinnacle reef was not there and the well was abandoned. We'll start drilling again Saturday, a good prospect, offsetting a three-zone discovery made last winter. Planning to tie-in five wells by end of October. Expect good increase in production and revenue. I think the expected value of exploration drilling is high, but I also thought the pinnacle reef was a 75% shot. Regards, JPP
