According to the following CBO document (from Jan 2005), the SSI surplus was projected to be $185 Billion this fiscal year (2006):

(see table 1-6)

Add the $370 Billion (CBO projection for the "unified deficit" in that article including Iraq) and $185 Billion = $555 Billion General Fund deficit. I think it will be closer to $600 Billion.
