Franklin Templeton Hard Currencies is close to a money fund in hard currencies. ICPHX. franklintempleton.com This one had a rough year in 2004 and all the clients I stuck with it cuss me and the fund. But I think this could be a good year for them.

ProFunds has a falling dollar fund, but it looks like they are only long currencies, not interest bearing instruments.
