The Nilpeter announcement is almost a non-event
for the value of Presstek common.

The company really expects to sell 3 to 10 presses in 1996-97
period with the Presstek option.....

Nilpeter sells the M-3300 press now with 4 options for
printing.... UV-wet offset, UV-flexo, foil, UV-screen.
They will be adding UV-wet offset with the Presstek Plate,
with an offline exposure unit.

The Nilpeter press is a very high quality press.... but
it is a press platform... one which is adaptable to now...
five different processes.

The Presstek wet plate being one option. And a thin one at
that..... the numbers that this will generate will be
very small to Presstek...

Presstek really needs to clarify this stuff if they want to
be honest in their press releases.... to investors who do not
know this print stuff... this was a very significant announcement..
but a simple check with the press producer... you see the
significance instantly.... why does Presstek leave it to
your imagination to judge the impact on Presstek. They
should state the expected impact on the company..... as the
Presstek management knows approximately how many presses and
the possible number of plates that each customer would buy
yearly.....

Not leave it to others to feret this stuff out...

The issue of the NT-10q is "very interesting".... cannot
wait to see the companies spin on this....

Almost makes me wish I had a position short in this stock.
