No, I'm correct about Katherine's take on CYMI, although I don't have the time to go back and dig through the posts. You are also correct that there were a lot of fly-by types who spouted even more insane opinions regarding Lambda's effect on Cymer. I can even recall one guy saying half of ASML's tools would be shipping with Lambda in the next year(about year 2000).

You'll have to trust me on this Ian. I had EVERYTHING in Cymer at the time, so when an "expert" said Lambda was a serious threat it really stood out in my mind.
