I've enjoyed GZ's postings. I'd enjoy an occasional update from your experience. I'm fortunate ,in that most times - I'm able to watch the market during the day and really do enjoy interacting with some favorite posters. But hen I travel and buy used vehicles 3-4 days a week and get out of touch. Then while at work, I have 65 employees,know most of them and they are hard working good people. As a dealer, the most important thing I can do is attract and retain quality people with integrity. That being said - it seems there is always one or two people about to go off in the ditch. Often - if I'm lucky,they come to me for guidance.If that happens,I close the door turn off CNBC,minimize my Scottrader Elite screen and pay attention to their story/needs. Often - unable to watch and respond. I love both lives,so I just try to do both and often fail at each or both at any given time. Just can't quit that day job and I really do enjoy it - so take it in total and try to keep a perspective and maybe even balance.GG Bob
