BTW fresc... why would Harper the extremist plan to push ahead with a free vote on same sex marriage in the current parliament ... huh ! huh ! ;o) Believe it or not, TV 11 had Charles McVety from Canada Family Action along with a supporter of Egale Laurie Arron on their 5:30 show and McVety said he expected Harper to have that on a Free Vote in the fall. Harper doesn't have enough votes to win, but if he brings the matter to a vote and loses, He can stand head high and say he tried. And then he can move on to winning a real mandate.
