That sounds most likely.

Is there any reason why the design could not have been completed by last fall? If not, they should easily be able to have working chips by March. Didn't they say to the effect that management was challenging the engineers to have the 65nm yields at mature levels when the first 65nm production lots start to ramp late this year? If so, they have to be yielding reasonably well now. I sure would like to see it on 65nm in the spring.
