Jan 27 (Reuters) - Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ARNA - news) on Friday said it priced its public offering of about 9.8 million of common shares at $16.90 per share. The biotechnology company said the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to nearly 1.5 million additional shares to cover any over-allotments.
