Bottom line is, according to inveterate long Chopper, "pending SEC approval" means, according to the CEO of PLNI: "Our acquisitions will only be finalized once our audit is submitted to the SEC and accepted." Given that PLNI has been claiming for two years an audit is around the corner, given that no one knows for sure if any company is actively engaged by PLNI to perform an audit, and given that audits are not effective until the SEC approves them, which can take an indeterminate amount of time, the recent spate of PLNI press releases -- by PLNI's own definition of "pending SEC approval" -- are false and misleading. - Jeff
