To me the issue comes down to who's money is it. We agree on whose money it is while the person is alive. I think you make a mistake in attributing all sorts of qualities and judgements after that person is dead. Once they are dead it is no longer their business. I think a good case could be made that at least a share of it belongs to those survivors who labored to make it successful. TP
