They are friends with the bankers - and who MAKES cash? I am confused - how did JPM stock go up last quarter with little increasing volume and specialists taking up the price on 100 share bids? Phil grande says the wall street casino is rigged.

If the FOMC keeps raising, housing is toast. If they stop, the dollar and LT bonds are toast, which means housing is toast

I can agree housing is toast - in fact I think it is toast right now - but housing being toast is going to burn the PEOPLE - it seems the bankers and thier friends - say tol brothers chairmen - have gotten laws passed that they wont be TOAST. Again - if the dollar and bonds are TOAST - the bankers and thier friends still dont suffer. I am not so sure housing companies cant get banker friends to give more money while they all make fees and commissions and such - while the dollar debases and share prices dont go down much.

Japan still has non performing loans on thier books - who was toast? Who was made to suffer for that malinvestment - central tokyo real estate was worth more than all the real estate in the US at one time eh? (or was it california) - the banks were supported - while their citizens lost. I thought in free markets bad investments means you go DOWN - japan proved nope - you dont go down - italy has an airline - they wont let it fail - bush says GM - he gonna let it fail - hehe.
