To call him a slightly left of center Dem is about right.

Sometimes he is about at the center. OTOH he is at least left now, and "Earth in the Balance" is far left (on the American political spectrum)

Your probably right. I guess I'll drop it if you will. Particuarly with Gore who is harder to pin down and has a less clear record than Kerry does.
