Sergio ALAN and the 50dMA...-) I was reading the most recent filing of the S-3, noting that one of the principal buyers of the private placement was "The Ashcroft Group". I went looking for them and found that they are a lobbying firm based in Washington D.C. founded and run by Former Attn. General John Ashcroft. I called CFO Carlson to comfirm this and....It is true! To me this is huge! The other financing was thru a hedge fund Whalehaven located in Toronto. The minor player was Midtown Partners located in NY and FL. These units were averaged at .60 per 1 common and one warrant for 1/2 share of common. To my knowlegde this is the first time someone outside of the company (Anderson, Kaufman, Carlson) has ante'd up to ALAN. Ken
