It should be an interesting several weeks for ATMI.

Do you have any idea if Lawrence should experience a pick up in business since epitaxial wafers are reportedly now in short supply. Apparently the ramp-up of 64meg DRAMs is putting a strain on current inventory. Komatsu Electronic Metals reports that orders exceeded supplies by 10% in June
