Since the bubble has to be defended at all costs, maybe the 700K realtor will pull in 1.4 M next year. By that time everyone will believe rules of economics will have to be rewritten and VIX will be in the 5's.

But here is one problem. If an average agent will drive a $200,000 Benz or Bentley how will the truly rich distinguish themselves, since you hit a gap in the market until the 600's.
