bingoman - I have not listened to the CC yet and probably won't until Sunday, but I know he said that the 2 court cases would be settled this year. Did he say when that would be? A month, a couple of months or close to the end of the year. I think that when these court cases are settled, this stock should be over $1(unless it is a really bad outcome) and we would make it back to NASDAQ.
