Chimp-sucking RWEs, like yourself, of course attribute the $26B "winfall" to the tax cut and not to the "noise" in govt. revenues. Compare that to the total budget and it's minuscile. Tell me, flopsy, what's the annual budget deficit? Flopper, what's the annual cost of the Iraqi War and how could that money be used to fund healtcare, education and social-assistance for those who can't help themselves?
