MMT - I've got some clients who are left with piles and piles of video tapes, gathering dust, who jumped on and found out how fleeting technology and patterns of consumption changed.
Enough to lead me to believe that success in this field is a long shot.

Further, although Cuban has the bucks to make something work and then perhaps sell out, as he has in the past, to an Apple, will those who bought on the run to .55, one that seems to have been fostered with perhaps some manipulative press and verbiage, make money?

I don't think so. It looks like they get 5% of the venture and the promise of perhaps a tiny dividend. This looks good for those who bought at .05, but not at .50 or even .30. JMHO.
