Karen hit the nail on the head with this one- there's no need for me to add to what she said:

"What you are describing is a "social democrat," not a communist. Not even close. "

But I will add, just for my own enjoyment, that the major tenet (a tennant- spelled tenant- is a renter) of communism is that there is no private ownership. To take two VERY wealthy men, and suggest they don't believe in private ownership is just silly. You need to read up on communism. Gore and Kerry aren't the slighest bit interested in it.
