Kenny, If you had any brains, you would know that the problem with aid to New Orleans is because of the inept mayor of the city, and the governor of the state of Louisiana.

Besides that, the people of NO had warning of the strength of Katrina, but they sat on their butts, doing nothing to help themselves, and expecting the federal government come to their aid as if they deserved it. I hear all this BS about New Orleans that had one hurricane, but no word is said about Florida that was hit by four hurricanes in the one season of last year.

Let the people of New Orleans learn how to take care of themselves, and do not rebuild that cess pool that was called New Orleans.
