I doubt it really -- IPIC hasn't really been involved in the marketing of the drugs, only with the development and manufacture, and I doubt that much of a claim can be made against them. Probably the real potential liability rests with American Home Products (AHP), who also has the sort of deep pockets that lawyers would be salivating over. A lot would probably depend upon the details of AHP's marketing methods, how aggressive they were with it etc.
