Israel/Hamas trying to make peace? I don't think so.... If things break bad, as they very well could in 6 months or a year or 5 years, it's just one more thing that could lead to an oil embargo. And an oil embargo is the west's worst nightmare... probably a full blown depression would be the result. We need to get ahead of the curve on energy dependence... with all of the Bush mistakes history will probably judge him (and us) on that one issue.
