A physical search means one can go into any place and search in secret. And listening with bugs hidden or otherwise is covered. No one has made a rational argument that probable cause used for criminal investigation in any way should apply in the case of military intelligence used in war fighting. And the constitution speaks of reasonable and not probable cause when it addresses searches or privacy. And all the current case law support exactly the policy President Bush has and is and will follow as democrats continue to alienate Americans with their petty idiotic at best and treason at worse attacks on this key security issue.
