It is most interesting to me, karen, that you continually feel the need not only to lecture others, but that you continually are sure that your opinions are the correct ones. Despite the number of times I have pointed out to you the distinction between "stated aims" and the capacity to deliver, you continue to evoke those stated aims to make your threat case It does seem to me that you continue to ignore that the "capacity to deliver" any type of weapon/s, can be purchased from the countries/people that have them. i.e. We know North Korea has the missiles. They need money. They can sell the missiles to those who have the warheads. Viola.... Instant chaos.
