As I said, No one has made a rational argument that probable cause used for criminal investigation in any way should apply in the case of military intelligence used in war fighting. And the constitution speaks of reasonable and not probable cause when it addresses searches or privacy.

The people of the United elected President Bush and the US constitution gave him the absolute executive power in matters of national security. You can pose all the what ifs you want. President Bush has done more than required to inform all the possible liars, demented and possible traitors elected as democrats.

democrats must prove that something is in no case ever reasonable. That is the constitutional standard. The alternative is to get their own man elected President. And democrats rage in a hissyfit because they know that is true.
And democrats don't have clue on how to find a decent human being. It is so simple it is complex and the American people will as they pay attention see how simple it is. Those who are blinded by anger and hatred will live in denial and be miserable.
