As I said earlier, it is not Democrats. For you to come back and deliberately keep focussing this as a Democrat issue is accepting the fact that you need to hide something illegal that Bush has done. Do you agree that even respected Republican Senators are very concerned and they want to know the details of the domestic eavesdropping on citizens. Yes the President can eavesdrop but not unilaterally as Bush has done.

And since when has the military taken it upon themselves to eavesdrop on citizens.

If Bush is so confident, then he needs to open up the scrutiny to members of the Senate Intelligence Committee. If he refuses or even hesitates then see his numbers take a free fall.
