My approach right now is to play the metals market:

Exploration stocks are for later in a bull cycle. If I had made the money on uc, I would sell and buy Rio Narcea RNG wts for .31 as they provide 10 to 1 leverage with 3 years to go on a major producer.

At this point in the bull run I want to play the stocks as proxy's for the metal move. Exploration stocks not only will not do as good at this point, but many pros will sell the exploration stocks and buy the companies in production causing exploration stocks to sit.

As examples look at ecu and exn vs say WM and MUM or PFn or a zillion others. The big money at this point is going to be poured into the majors and the juniors with production.

The next group are the juniors with deposits but no production.

Last come the explorers. Why take chances when the move in metals will move the producers.
