Bush has gotten 2500 US troops killed and 17,500 wounded and Iraq and the Middle East are more dangerous than they were before 2000 or 9-11.

That sums up the utter futility of our efforts in Iraq over the past 3 years. It has not made us any safer. I do find it puzzling that Bush goes on and on about the necessity to spy on Americans via the NSA because Osama Bin Laden is lurking out there ready to strike. Well then why did he call off the hunt for Osama Bin Laden in 2003 and invade Iraq? He's not concerned about Osama Bin Laden enough to make sure he is no longer a threat to us. Probably because the Bushes and Bin Ladens have close family ties via the Caryle Group. Elder Bushes and Bin Ladens have probably struck a deal to let Osama live and besides it helps them justify more miltiary spending and illegal spying. Aiyyieee this country has lost its mind.
