That is utterly rediculous. What is the point of tightening the law for American citizens and then letting illegals get a license anyway?!? Personally, I like the idea of making it hard to get a drivers license, because someone stole my ID a few years back and went to Motor Vehicles and got a license with my name on it. It was too damn easy back then. But, to make exceptions to the social security requirements makes no sense either. Why does our government just not make sense sometimes? I really think there is a contingent who wants to encourage illegals for the cheap labor they provide.
