I have ALTI on my watch list, not as a bull popper, but as a stock with continuing momentum to 4.25... Steve Smith recently picked CHNR as a bull popper...It pulled back perfectly to 5.40, then shot up way past the normal 25-40% bounce...I have been watching the low float stocks and it seems that if they have less than 5 million shares outstanding, they zoom well beyond our expectations...
