Tokyo VD,Re ; " Unfortunately, I'm not invested in Vivus right now ". This is the time to get in Tokyo!!! If you read Invest Bus Daily, Bill O'Neill will tell you to always buy a stock on a breakout!!! I also think I can distinguish a definite " cup and handle" formation on the Vivus chart, gg. TA
