You think it's the U.S. causing instability with Palestine and Israel? You need to read a bit more. The single biggest impediment to peace between the two is...you didn't guess it, but it's Iran. They fund every major armed faction in Palestine, not the least of which is Hamas. If we aren't there to provide a check against that power, things would be a hell of a lot uglier.
