Can Latin America Challenge India?

No. Outsourcing is entry-level B.S. It's only focused upon because that's what people see and hear when they call Customer Service.

The real money comes from the ability to provide value across the supply-chain...the harnessing of intellectual capital.

Latin America cannot do that on a large scale basis, in the same way India can and is in lightening speed.

So maybe Latin America can get some call-center businesses, but when it does, India will be so far ahead it won't care.
