"Pro-choice" is spin as much as "pro-life" is. It's just spin that you agree to more.

Spin doesn't equal "false".

Both of the labels are spun, but both are to an extent true.

If you want real accuracy you have to expand the terms to a clumsy length. Something like "pro-having a right to not have abortion outlawed or having the choice to have an abortion face very difficult regulatory barriers" against "anti-recognition of a legal or constitutional right to have an abortion".

Well I suppose you don't really have to go that far. You could say "pro abortion choice" against "pro fetal life". But even those labels are short enough to be useable most people prefer even shorter labels if they are available.
