In view of the news drought from Chemtrak... I went ahead and called the customer service departments for both Parent's Alert and Astra Merck. Sunny Cloud apparently took my call at Parent's Alert (remember it was her own business which she ran out of the home). Ms. Cloud told me that launch of the national distribution (via Chemtrak) should be within the next couple of weeks. That we kind of already knew. As far as Astra Merck goes, the only thing I could get out of customer service vis-a-vis Hp Chek was that they were "still definitely working on it." While I had hoped for more, it was good to see that the issue was probably not dead as some on this thread have intimated. Now here is thought regarding Parent's Alert: it has become very "in" within the D.C. beltway to promote any effort which addresses teen smoking and/or drug abuse. It would be great to get our President behind a product like Parent's Alert which aims at helping parents establish a drug-free home policy. Any body want to call Bill Clinton? :) Bill P.
