I think it is fine for the tribes to exploit their sovereignty with resorts and such, but I worry about the Casino trade because of potential for participation by criminal enterprises that they might not be able to control. There are other problems that grow out of individual dependence on tribal and government dole. I see it as a conundrum. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
