Sure, and it's probably money that's originally from the USA too because:

1/3rd of our trade imbalance is due to oil.

We consume a lot of oil - and then this money that goes to pay for the oil eventually goes into the hands of terrorists. Too ironic.

Bush is not strategic because he supports oil that indirectly feeds terrorists.
