Tokyo VD, "Re:TA, I already stated to Dr. Bond that I had shorted the stock in the past (profitably). Is that a crime because you certainly seem to think that it is? By the way, when did I underestimate your memory? OIt is not a crime to short the stock. My recollection however was that the info you were presenting about erectile dysfunction an Vivus was not factually accurate; with that I have a problem. TA PS I am just beggining to go through today's thrad which is why this late reply.Very busy this AM.
