BTW- can you name a single other industry where 30% of its revenue is drawn directly from fraud? Loansharking? Drug dealing? This is a serious issue. Just clicking your heels and saying "oh, dont be silly, those smart phds have figured it out i'm sure" isn't going to make it go away.
