Oh man, you too mntres? Seriously... you want to see a messed up company this is it. I lost $7,000 on this last year and I personally think it's a miracle there weren't a bunch of lawsuits in the end because as it turns out the company has never filed a timely release in it's life, has an authorized share pool of about 200 MM of which 60MM are out there THAT WE KNOW ABOUT. ... and as it turned out, the company ended up not owning any assets, and was being purpetrated by the same group of people who had just completed a different successful scam company. I'll tell you more off line if you like, but I was in this thing for several months and consider it the worst investment of my investing career, for that matter I still have some of the stock around for old time's sake. Even if the company rises again, I don't trust the management at all. The CPA firm that supposedly audited their financials even denied working for them in the end. -John
