Back Up.....

My Bullet Proof Back Up System

1. Buy a hard drive disk imaging program like Norton Ghost.

2. Buy a removable hard drive for storing images (Removable caddy system or USB drive).

3. Buy a USB JumpDrive or use DVD discs for backing up critical data.

4. Turn off your removable hard drive when you are not using it.

5. You can also use the removable drive for critical data storage.

6. I’m not a fan of incremental images; I just like to take an image, and then back up data that has changed after the image was taken. That’s just the way I do it.

7. If you do major changes to your system after an image was taken, you could have problems restoring an image, contact your software vender for more information.

8. Good luck, and please back up your data! You WILL need it one day!

PS
Others here, please post your back up systems so others can tailor one for their needs. Thanks.
