Why install it now when price was only a point or so away from yearly high. Do they expect it to drop significantly when earnings are announced? Anyone looking for an unfriendly takeover would have done it when it was trading in 3 and 4 range. When it ain't broke, why fix it? They should have done it when it was really beaten down. Or could it be that they broke off some ongoing secret talks of possible buy-out in last few weeks? That could have been the real reason for recent upsurge! Just speculating, no proof. I guess thread is again open for business as it will be awhile before we see 7s and 8s again. Post away. Regards, JK (still long on SCOC)
