I called CSGI and asked them about this Ken Parsons issue and what you stated about their toolset and the CAST toolset.

======== The Answeres ==========
1. Ken Parsons has never worked for CSGI or helped structure, develop, instruct, or in any shape, way or form contribute anything to the ConSyGen Toolset.

2. No one signal individual has developed the Consygen toolset and anything that has been developed so far by any person or persons falls under the intellectual property of ConSyGen Inc. (For instance, if a MSFT programmers designs a better program, it is not his program, it belongs to MSFT)

3. ConSyGen never had any kind of access to any of Ken Parsons toolsets and has never received any documentation or other information regarding the structure of or any aspects of his toolsets.

4. The Consygen toolset is a completely separate entity. It is NOT a newer version of a toolset that any person has rights to or has developed.

5. The CAST toolset (Computer Assisted Software Translator) toolset has nothing to do with ConSyGen's toolset and is in now way connected with any aspects of ConSyGen's.

ALL OF THIS CAN BE VERIFIED BY CALLING ConSyGen Inc. 602-496-4545

ask for Ron Bishop or Jeff Richards.

I don't know what Parsons connection is with IAIC or what he is doing there. Do you ?
